Are you motivated to learn more about entrepreneurship while setting up an international network? 

Mission:Enterprise supports you in pursuing your dream and organizes entrepreneurship seasonal schools around the globe.  

The project is meant for students of the partner universities with entrepreneurial interests. The team of partner universities consists of Stuttgart Media University (Germany), University Politehnica of Bucharest (Romania), Sapir College Ashkelon (Israel) and National Autonomous University of Mexico.  

The aim of Mission:Enterprise is to create an international network among the universities to exchange expertise, knowledge and experience. In regular intervals, there will be seasonal schools about entrepreneurship. The participants get the opportunity to develop their own start-up ideas and to run through typical scenarios of a founding process. With the help of eLearning modules, it will be possible for the students to work on the topic even after the seasonal school has ended. 

Planned dates for the Seasonal Schools: 

Due to the Corona Pandemic and the resulting travel restrictions, unfortunately no Seasonal School has been able to take place yet. However, we have good news:

Under reserve there is a first date for the Winter School in Israel at Sapir College Ashkelon: 24th of January – 2nd of February 2022.

„Mission:Enterprise“ is part of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students –BWS plus, a programme of the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung. The project runs over the course of three years and is funded with an amount of 146,000 €.

Inspirational Intelligence

We believe that all human beings can live an inspired life, powered by their inherent intelligence and education. The project wishes to contribute to this by delivering inspiring content and formats that help the participants to get inspiration and develop innovative ideas for their future businesses.

Courage

It takes courage to break new ground in life, to develop new worldviews, to come up with new business ideas and to stick to them when their implementation gets tough. We want to encourage participants to thoroughly think about their potential future business and to commit to the effort of making their dreams come true.

Truth

We think that truth is of crucial importance as a foundation for long term development and relationships. Thus, we commit to being true to ourselves and our values, as well as in thinking, speaking and acting towards our partners, participants and all other human beings. We promote truth as the best basis for long lasting relationships in general and long-lasting business relationships in particular.

Effectiveness and Efficiency

We believe that effectiveness means focusing on all tasks that are relevant for a start-up. Efficiency means pursuing those tasks in an optimized way until results show. Both are good ways of working in any kind of project, particularly when it comes to creating a successful start-up. We would like to promote this practice as an example during the summer schools and give participants access to tools that allow them to do the same for their future start-ups.

Goodness

We believe that we are here on earth to do something good for the life on this planet. Thus, we prioritize choosing to do what is good for the environment and for other human beings over profit maximization. We also believe that there is a higher order in this universe that will reward the efforts of those engaged in doing good things.

Responsibility and Sustainability

We believe that we have to take responsibility for all our actions, to bring them to fruition in a way that involves a holistic vision of monetary, environmental and social aspects for the present, as well as for the future. Our actions are not allowed to put the quality of life of other beings at risk, neither today, nor in future generations.

Authenticity

We encourage participants and future managers to believe in their own nature, and to bring their own personality, values and ideas into their business. At the same time, we encourage a true and open communication during the summer schools, with a low degree of formality and more space for everybody to show who they are in the process.

Friendship and Cooperation

We believe that friendship and cooperation are attitudes that can bring more value than competition and also create a great environment for learning. Thus, even in a competitive environment we encourage a positive attitude, which enables competition to take place in a peaceful way, not degenerating in small or big wars. We wish that the learning environment of the summer schools is full of friendship and cooperation so that participants can bring home knowledge about starting and managing a business, as well as an international network based on friendship and cooperation.
