1st summer school in Stuttgart, Germany

Who can apply? 

Criteria that must be met: 

  • Proof of English skills (B2) 
  • Enrolled at one of the partner universities (Sapir Academic College, Israel; Stuttgart Media University, Germany; University Politehnica of Bucharest, Romania; Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico) 
  • Comprehensive motivation letter

Additional bonus: 

You are a student who has: 

  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship  
  • Commitment  
  • Interest in intercultural exchange (open-minded) 
  • The ability to work in a team 
  • Creativity, innovative thinking

You can either take part with an already existing idea that you want to realize in our seasonal school or you can take part in an ideation workshop beforehand, which will help you to come up with a suitable idea. 

How to apply? 

For the application to our Mission:Enterprise Seasonal School, you need to write a motivation letter. Here are some examples of questions you should answer in your letter:  

  1. What kind of experience do you have with entrepreneurship? What interests you most about it? How does participating fit into your future vision? 
  2. What is your motivation to take part in the 1st seasonal school in Stuttgart? Why should we choose you?
  3. What do you expect to learn from the experience? 
  4. How can you enrich the seasonal school? What can others learn from you? In which way does your participation impact your time at-site?  
  5. In which way has your participation an impact on your university?

What happens next? 

Our start-up experts from each university will revise your motivation letter.  Make sure to answer all the questions mentioned above and think about what revenue you get by participating to the seasonal school. The best applicants will then be invited to an interview at the respective university. Four students from each university will be selected to go to Germany. In case of more applicants than spots, a waiting list will be set up and you will be informed in case you receive the grant.

In case you come from a non-EU country, Stuttgart Media University will support you with the visa application by writing an invitation letter.
